Your topic
In the pre-call we can discuss your topic and what you want to achieve.
Maybe you do not yet know exactly what it is you want, and then that can be the start.

Clarity
In the pre-call I will also explain what coaching vs. consulting is and we will discuss together what method and set-up would be the most beneficial for you.

Let´s start!
If you want a virtual session I will send you a Zoom invitation. If you live close to Nürnberg we can meet IRL.

I charge per hour and a session lasts between 60-90 minutes. You can schedule one session at the time or a series of sessions.
Each session we will begin with you defining what you want to get out of the session. Maybe you have a clear goal or a decision you want to make. Or maybe you want support in finding out what your goal is. It can also be that you just want to reflect upon a certain issue, or something else. You do not need any answers before the session.
At the end of the session we will summarize what was beneficial to you and what you intend to do next.
In the following session we follow-up on the previous one and define the agenda for the new session.
